At TAT Co., Ltd. Please submit documents with sensitive personal information already obscured. If such information is not obscured upon receipt by our company, we will consider it as non-acquired.

**(3) Handling Fee:**
For requests for disclosure and requests for notification of purposes of use, a handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request. Please note that fees are payable by transfer or other means when requesting by mail.
